You train a lot of different people and you've trained physicians residents nurses advanced practice providers all kinds of different different people. Education can live in different parts of a company it can live under the sales arm it can be undermarking It can be under its own in its own department. Interest plays a key part in learning if you truly are interested in learning you will learn If this is something that you're being forced to do and you really don't care that learning is not gonna stick that well you have to be truly interested.
