Some brokers are established enough in their markets that they business comes to them. Sellers know of them andd so they actually just, most of their business is inbound,. Doesn't sound like that was the case for the brokers where you worked. The brokers that i was with did own proprietary work, but they were also an affiliate of a much larger national brand. And so their deal floe was a lot like, imagine having to call someone for ten years every quarter.
