I've been quite lucky that I haven't been out or injured for too long, but a lot of people who have and they're the ones that have been happier returning back with much smaller goals. More frequent medium term goals rather than this massive like, I'm going to remath and in a year. You need to give yourself the time to get there. Much more psychologically positive.
