I'm pretty cautious about how many fats I throw in there. We can accumulate intra hepatic fat preferentially from saturated fat usage as opposed to alternative fat. Getting a CPAP is huge, lowering their saturated fat intake. Some of my athletes don't want to lose weight. And some people like Jordan are already 12% body fat and he's not going to have any benefit from weight loss. For Alzheimer's disease, if you snore and wake up tired, there's a good chance you have some degree of apnea.
