When he was playing softball as a kid, Jay Z didn't listen to his coach and got hit in the head. He stopped fighting the rules and just gave in to do the things as it's laid out. Be coachable or uncoachable is a term that's actually used. Do the exact things that it says to do to follow the skill. What your therapist says, do exactly what she says. Just try it.
