FIFA says a well-timed melatonin supplement could help prevent this situation. A good rule of thumb is to keep your caffeine intake to mornings, and definitely cut it out within six hours of going to bed. Lower doses of melatonin work even better than the higher doses, too, for readjusting our biological clock.
