The Importance of a Safe Environment
There needs to be an environment where I can say hey you did a thing. And here's why, and not have someone be like you criticized me. That's a safe environment. We always know where I stand. There is never a worry that Sean might be thinking something and he's not telling. So for us. And the person delivering the message. That's the person I'm talking about. That person is not safe. He says foam rolling when it shouldn't be done "is dangerous"
