Liz: Could you expand more on the strategies for how to reduce these harmful responses to stress. So, I think if I were to cut to the chase and ask someone about their, what their stress habits are, you know, and want to look at their day,. Do they have some positive red mind and deep rest days? And so, there are other ways besides high intensity interval training or a quick burst of aerobic exercise. There's from, there's sauna, and that helps with cardiovascular health, but also with mood with stress, depression, anxiety. LZ: Probably trying some of the both high arousal and low arousal strategies is a best strategy.
