And so, there are other ways besides high intensity interval training or a quick burst of aerobic exercise. There's from, there's sauna, and that helps with cardiovascular health, but also with mood with stress, depression, anxiety. LZ: Probably trying some of the both high arousal and low arousal strategies is a best strategy.
