I saw you treat insomnia and I'm curious, what do you focus on? What's your insomnia treatment look like? Yes. So the vast majority of patients that I see with any type of sleep problem, they have no awareness of sleep hygiene. And when I start introducing the concept that the behaviors that you engage in throughout the course of a day strongly contribute to the sleep that you experience at night, those principles sometimes are foreign for patients. Sometimes just that basic education is where I like to start.
