i think this goes back to what we were discussing about the utility and necessity of the experience, or knowledge, or appreciation of the self. A lot of fighters in particular, will say that fighting is like 90 % psychological. So having an ability to recognize the selfless, so that when needed, you can fully move into the aspect required and not be interrupted by the self? Ye. Exactly. I exactly agree. Well, now, i, i knowi we got t we'll shut it down because, i know, well, you got to stop on your time. But i just want to finish off, perhaps with this, piggy back on what you just said.
