The Marriage of OKRs for Product and Engineering and Design Teams
There's, there are multiple costs to the business besides money of doing it. You have a bunch of employees. If you're like a hundred, fifty, a hundred thousand people, figure out how are they going to go from what they were doing every day and then get them efficient enough with this new tool that you're paying money for. And so I'm convinced that there can be a marriage between OKRs for product and engineering and design teams and jobs to be done. So which the short version, kind of how we coin it is, we call it lean startup with a brain, basically. That'skind of how we do it.
