Coaching

Coaching is very much about trying to understand the person that you're talking to and understand their mind sent motivations. And i think it is hard sometimes not to give the answer, because you just want to help, want to make it better. As a coach, needing the ability to kind of sit in the messiness and tention of it and just let that be ok. That can't exist for a while until somebody finds their way to the other side of it and finds at answer for themselves.
