Present self is a self that needs dopamine now. This is not to be confused with spatial awareness, temple awareness or being in tune with your own body. The more you give into your present self the more pressure and stress you're going to experience as deadlines approach. There's no quick fix for this to overcome procrastination. We need to simply do one thing over and over and over.
