The Importance of Originality in Beer
I think that having a degree of originality so that we all don't fall into this cookie cutter, hazy IPA realm where everyone is looking over everyone's shoulder and copying their scandrons. More mosaic more citra. Well, it's tough to say because like there is no one approach. It really just comes down to what did they seek to accomplish and how well did they hit those markslike they're barrel aging and the base beer itself.
