I think the evidence that I have to back that up was from my own analytics on YouTube shorts and on TikTok. Videos that were between 30 and 45 seconds never did as well as things that went past that 48 second mark. After like 63 seconds or so, after you pass that minute marker, that's where you'll really see it start to tank. And when you do a video that's shorter. So if I go under 48 seconds and I usually see the retention for whatever reason, but that's just where I see my markers at.
