Is There a Difference Between Carnivores and Carbohydrates?
Eating no carbs at all is not optimal for most people. A small amount of carbohydrate spares protein, isocalorically. If you eat your n o hundred grams of carbs a day, or even like 50 or 70, you're basically going to isocolorically spare that much protein. People on zero carbonize, their protein oxidation goes way up and they have to make a certan amount of blucose every day. And there's not a lot of good reasons not to do it.
