For me, it's about getting those meals in. When my sleep is off, like, it kind of just throws out the routine from the beginning of the day. And always have to eat lik a really big breakfast and a so i can fuel myself just to get my first training session or two done for the day. I actually have a competition coming up this week end, then i'm doing, so i'm getting, i'm gearing up for that right now. It's still kind of like the off season, i'd say, right now. So once the new year rolls around, january, february and march is when the open starts like i have everything diled
