And then having a stopwatch or some way of timing the duration of the session that you're doing as well is going to be important. So weigh yourself beforehand with this little gear on which you can get your all the drink bottles or flasks or whatever it is  you're carrying out there. Then empty your bladder before you start and then weigh yourself preferably completely naked.
