Katie: It's hard for us to come up with things to argue back fully or to completely you know look for other alternatives because again we just can't see it's like we have depressive blinders on and that's why again the I think medication as well as some of those bridge statements should help now emptiness could come from dissociation. Katie: The trauma essentially wears at our resilience and when I say resilience I know people use that word a lot but what I really mean is like our ability to weather life's storms so if I'm super resilient and I don't have a history of trauma  I can dig into that kind of bank account of resilience and be like it's okay
