How to Build Trust and Authority in a Service Business

If I were to redo the agency life again, um I would have a regular just servicing all type of people agency website And then a separate niche website where I'm focusing on a niche that I'm passionate about. One thing I've learned too because sales is very different with the business I run now with courses and a membership versus Services like building a website for somebody and taking care of them sales is so different. Building trust and authority looks very different now than it did as a service business.
