The Effects of Saturated Fats on the Brain

The saturated fat content in eggs is quite low compared to other things like marbled red meats or, you know, skin on chicken. There may be some protective elements of fat, even trans fats as well, CLA. The research is starting to come out showing us that resistance training is really beneficial and particularly for older populations. I think the brain thrives atop a body that is that moves.
