i'm glad you highlighted that because i see so many people just continuing to add more and more and more to their program. Obviously with increased quantity there's a sliding scale with quality in terms of effort. As excited as you are about doing your favorite movement you got to have that same level of intensity and intention with the movement that you're doing in the meantime. Can you please explain what a productive level of effort or intensity looks like?
