When you build a habit, there are kind of these four different things that you're going through. There's a queue. There's something that prompts the behavior. And then the fourth piece is there's this reward. So really what I'm describing with those four steps is kind of the process of learning. It's sort of like a feedback loop, cue, craving response, reward, Cue, craving response and Reward.
