Automated Testing: What You Need to Know
A product manager and some form of technical lead are taking the lead on what I'll call the first iteration. They own the facilitation of getting feedback from other team members. We view that as really helpful for bug finding and performance testing. It is not good for behavioral metrics like retention rates, purchase rates or all that kind of stuff. But yes, those are the people on point in the early part of the process.
