Is There a Better Tool Than a Sit Up?

The athletes look the same within the sport for a reason. If people could recognize these inherent traits in the people that they're training and in themselves, they would choose much better training approaches matched for their particular physiology,. mechanics and neurology. The whole Eastern European and Soviet system was based on that style of selection. And if you're a big, heavy, thick spine, I probably would find a better tool than a sit up. But we can talk about that at the end, if you like.
