Today I’m talking about the duality of the light and the dark that we all have inside of us. It is so important to accept and understand that both are part of you, and help make you who you are deep down. This is what makes us human! In a book that I’ve been reading, the author brought up a story that served as a really beautiful reminder that while yes, we do have that light and dark with us, the one that shows up most often is the one that we feed.
