How Many People Are Involved in Making a Video?

Ivan Coast is the co-founder and CEO of iReport.com, a social media platform that allows people to share their views in real time through videos. The channel currently has 32 employees but he says they're all on profit shares so it's easier for him not to feel as nervous about running an operation with too much overhead. He said his number one goal by 2022 is to have our junior writer level up to writer writer - if we can do that by the end of 2022 I will be thrilled.
