By the time he was 11, Christophe discovered he had perfect pitch. When he heard a song, it was like taking dictation. The chords in particular fascinated him. While certain notes when played together could create harmony and so much emotion. This listening method through loops and repetition never left Christophe. In his free time, he listened to music and tried to understand it.
