The Shorter Position Challenge

Just because you can perform that for perfect alignment, doesn't mean they will have the skill stroke staring to hold that position. So yes, we might talk about perfect alignment, but is that appropriate for your client is at this moment in time or do they actually need to learn the skill of ability to hold a position? And then we can look to progress the exercise by making the position that little bit harder to hold and working towards what might be an optimal alignment as you progress intensity.
