Jason: Great data is like the two pieces that you guys are all talking about, right? It's for sure. And I don't know about you guys, but like that, that ideology of data leads everything and data leads decisions has bled throughout our company because our CEO Alma she's really into that as a whole. When she hires someone here, hold some goods and it's number one is that no assholes are allowed. And secondly is that data does drive every decision. So you have to admit that you're wrong. If another person can prove with facts that it's better.
