"It's so funny because younger people these days, you know, all they talk about was, oh, you worked on all these movies and how great that must have been," he says. "I said, but it was never about my ideas about a look. I'm simply trying to help to get it to the screen." Film negative is shot on a camera and brought to the laboratory in cans that have been taped shut. The first step was to take rimjet off the back of the film.
