How to Determine What Is Sustainable for You?

I imagine you've tried every single thing there is to try to like get a healthier body. How do you decide what is sustainable for you? What you want to continue to do? It's a good question. I think it's a combination of how I feel and how maintainable I think it is. Overall, I'm a pretty disciplined person in the sense that when I have a goal or a vision for what I want my future to be, I then work really hard at achieving that.
