i feel like, if anything, we wrote this book probably a year or two too late, ecause everybody's talking about this, which is great. Everybody's talking about our devices and what what a pull they have on our attention. And you can see when we make this change, o my gosh, people's focus goes up or whatever. i'm some one with very poor self control, really love all love technology, love all the stuff. For me, having that in my pocketlike devastating.
