How to Get Back to Nature After a Hard Loss
If I can get over eight hours of sleep, of pretty good quality sleep or maybe. only waking up once or twice in the middle of the night for just a little while, that's great. If I'm training five days a week, those are kind of hard workouts. The restorative walk work is like the 20 minute walk with the dog in between blocks of deep work Or the 45 minute walk at the end of the day. Rice and slow, not really doing it for a physical benefit. It's just to allow my mind to decompress and calm down. Maybe two times a month, I want to get up to the mountains for like a three hour, half day hike out
