How to Use a Cable Crossover Machine to Work the Full Body

If you're using a traditional cable crossover machine, the pulleys are like eight feet apart. You can shift over to one side and stand in front of it because it has to come from right about there. So all of you at some point can just ask yourself, how perpendicular is this cable to my upper arm in the standing position? Yeah. If it's totally perpendicular to the starting position, great. If it’s parallel to your upper arm inThe starting position, bad. And that's what I recommend.
