The Importance of Avoiding Dusk Light

If we're all trying to live in a world that is operating more on this morning light schedule, the chronotype that the world wants us to be is a little bit earlier though. So if that is true, even if our chronotype is later, would we want to consciously avoid that dusk light? Absolutely. And if you are a late type and you want to get up earlier, then absolutely avoid the last light. Set the alarm clock for an early point of the morning, let's say sort of six, seven o'clock in the morning,. If it's winter, then sit in front of a light box and that morning light will advance the clock.
