Fighters slide themselves into an easy strength template very quickly they notice that they not only fight better on fight night because there's so much especially in the area of grip easy strength for whatever reason. A couple sets of five every day and then an exercise that meets your particular needs anywhere from kettlebell swings to power curls or kettlebell snatches.
