The Concept of Self in Buddhist Philosophy
Some practitioners of mindfulness will go down that path about deconstructing the self and identity feels like a really central part of depression or the experience of depression. So I'm wondering if, if NBCT or your approach goes there at all with the concepts of self or is that kind of a different plane than that works on? What would you guess?
