We are literally the molecules that we're consuming from this Twinkie, you know, our brain. This thing I'm about to eat may or may not become part of the very fabric of my brain. Just really think about food is something that has a function inside your body and your brain. Some foods and nutrients will really optimize your cognitive health for the years to come. And some other foods and nutrients have the totally opposite effect setting people on a path towards mental decline and cognitive deterioration. The food has a strong impact on health. We need to pay more attention as a society.
