The No Pressure Thing
A friend of mine said that when we are in heightened levels of stress and anxiety. We sweat like the, some of the chemicals that we are using that our bodies are creating, they come out in our sweat. When I was a white, but I kind of enjoyed rolling with with upper belts. Cause I was like, Oh, I'm not expected to do shit. No pressure. So if I get a technique or almost in a technique or a sweep or something like that shows I'm making some type of progress. And as soon as you show up there and you see that everyone rolling and stuff going on, you tense up again. You feel it's almost like in the air.
