Jeff: I think the one thing that has been enlightening over the last few years is that it best practices don't necessarily translate across clients. Um, there's something I always kind of sat with me that I'm like, I doesn't necessarily make sense. It depends on the customer, depends on the amount of volume, the email of email the prospect receives. And so much of this is client specific. Jeff: We're starting to see a weird shift in what our clients are looking for and how they want to do their business.
