There's a number of studies that show, I mean, there's two off the top of my head that I'm probably going to drop into the Patreon article. There's a progressive increase in sort of measurements like low frequency fatigue and increasing duration or increasing number of repetitions. But ultimately, you know, if increasing amount of exercise doesn't cause increasing amounts of fatigue, what is going to mean seriously?
