How to Help a Teenager Drive

Parents need to put the brakes on kids who are setting up to drive, says Dr. Carol Costello. "You've got somebody with the executive age of an 11-year-old and has the self-control of an 11 year old," she adds. She recommends graduated licensing for ADHD kids as is Lawrence Jerome there in Canada. But you shouldn't be driving without your medication if you're at a moderate level or higher.
