How to Invest in Your Business Relationships
A lot of people are like, well, I can't spend 10 grand on gifts or sure. How much do I spend? Do we try to wow everyone? John: What's the rule of thumb for any business is to reinvest somewhere between five and 15% of net profit from that relationship. If you're a bit small business and you made a hundred grand last year, that means you could reinvest up to $15,000 back into your relationships. When you love on people, they reciprocate in that relationship grows.
