Food sensitivity tests can be a good indicator of gut dysfunction, but generally not something that you necessarily want to take as gospel with regard to these individual foods. There's a company called Ollitest, and that's the only test that I would recommend and standby. Most food sensitivities are secondary; they're caused by other things like an H. pylori infection or sulfur metabolism deficiency.
