Introduction

Maru Marubai is a design and user research consultant based in London. Her recent projects have included amongst others working for Camden Council, their good work Camden Initiative. Some of her interviews had to be conducted after the outbreak of COVID-19. She joins us to share her experiences from those interviews and talk about how we can prepare ourselves when conducting research.
