Do You Focus on Negative Things?
i think that what i found myself doing is veering into negativity. I kind of see myself as this positive person, but when alone with my thoughts, it's an awareness. It doesn't help anyone to worry in a negative loop. When i can just in my car say, you know what, there's a lot of things happening, but to dayis a great day. That change in focus to be more open and so good for your well being.
