The Value of Analytics for Turnover
The data was used to show leaders in real time the state of the organisation. 12 months after my joining, our senior leaders now have targets associated with turnover. The platform also afforded us machine learning algorithms that would forecast into the future and provide a probability of people's likelihood of departure.
