How to Relieve Depression
Some people find relief by making jewelry and other arts and crafts. Another creative way of relieving that distress can be rearranging your room or redecorating your space, whether painting or moving the furniture around. Some people will go to journaling or diary so it doesn't just have to be writing to share with the public but writing for yourself. We've talked about gratitude before as a way of pushing back on depression.
