How to Modulate Vagal Tone and Support the Vagus Nerve

The pathway from the vagus nerve, you know, has to exit the skull and it exits the skull through an opening that's called a frame. It travels down from there out of the same hole with a couple of other nerves and a big vein called your internal jugular vein. Then it comes down the side of your neck and it enters the torso right at the collarbone. So those four places, the biggest nerve can get twisted, turned, kinked, poor blood flow and it chokes off the tone.
